Lawrence Carpenter a resident of Henryetta passed away on November 11, 2015 in Morris, Ok at the age of 85. He was born October 1, 1930 in Henryetta to Rueben and Mary (Springetti) Carpenter. Lawrence retired from the Glass Plant in Henryetta and was a member of the Christian Assembly of God in Schulter, OK. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Thelma Jo, Mother Mary Casey, Sister Elaine Casey, 2 brothers- Jerrald and Bob Carpenter, brother- in laws- Lloyd Malone and Bill Robinson Survived by his sister; Vera Robinson of Tulsa, Betty Malone of Morris. Sister in law- Bobbye Carpenter of Tulsa and Nadine Carpenter of Oklahoma City and many nieces and nephews. Lawrence is also remembered by his loving Church family, Christian Assembly of God in Schulter and many dear friends. Graveside service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
