Jeryl Ray Shatswell a resident of Henryetta passed this life on May 23, 2019 in Henryetta at the age of 83. Born September 29, 1935 in Hanna, Ok to Joseph and Mary (Pierce) Shatswell. Jeryl served with the Air Force for 17 ½ years and then worked as a Millwright. He is preceded in death by his parents, Brothers; Eli, Jim, Harley, James, Rashie, Coubis, Felix and William Shatswell. A sister Gloria Edwards. Survived by his children: Rita Kay Smith of Topeka, KS; Jeryl Shatswell Jr of Topeka, KS; Craig Shatswell of Blackwell, Ok, Todd Shatswell of Northfield, NH and Michael Adolph of Germany. Twin Brother Earl and wife Mary Shatswell of Henryetta Former spouse: Marilyn Shatswell of Henryetta Dewar First Baptist Church will be serving a meal for the family at 12:00 pm Wednesday Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 29 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Vance, officiating. Interment will be at the Westlawn Cemetery with Military Honors by the US Air Force. Services under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
