Born May 29, 1981 in Okmulgee,Ok to Russell and Phyllis (Mustin) Williams, He worked for the Tulsa County Sheriffs, office as a jailer. He is preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Williams. Survived by his father Russell Williams of Tulsa, OK Brother: Dusty Williams of Tulsa Sister: Angela Blagg of Checotah, OK 2 Nephews a niece and several great nieces & nephews Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Middleton Chapel in Wainwright, OK.
